Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Riomme collects through riomme.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. riomme.com is a coming-soon site: the store is not open yet, and we will update this policy before it opens.

What we collect today

• Nothing you type into the site. The email boxes on the site do not send or store anything yet. The site has no accounts and takes no payments.
• Standard request data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver and secure the site.
• Fonts. The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font loads.

We do not run analytics or advertising pixels on riomme.com today.

Cookies

riomme.com does not set cookies. It uses your browser's session storage for one site feature, and that data is cleared when you close the tab. If we add cookies or similar technologies, for example for analytics, we will update this section first.

When sign-up and the store open

Once email sign-up opens we will collect the email address you give us, to tell you about our launch and products. When the store opens we will collect what we need to fulfil orders, such as your name, shipping address and order details. Card payments will be handled by our payment processor; we will not store full card numbers.

How we use and share information

We use personal information to run the site, send emails you asked for, fulfil orders, provide customer support, keep the site secure and comply with the law. We share it only with service providers who help us do those things, such as our hosting, email and ecommerce providers, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any email. You can also ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by emailing support@riomme.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Children

riomme.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
